Abstract

Mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dalam kurikulum merdeka telah berganti menjadi Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial. Melakukan praktik mengajar di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sumber Taman II Kota Probolinggo. Dengan mengambil mata pelajaran IPAS (Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Dan Sosial) dengan materi Perubahan Wujud Benda. Kelas yang diampuh saat praktik mengajar yaitu Kelas IV A dengan jumlah peserta didik sebanyak 23 orang. Praktikum ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membantu peserta didik menangkap materi melalui percobaan konkrit yang pemateri lakukan serta meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik dari segi kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor serta mencapai hasil pembelajaran yang diinginkan. Prosedur praktikum meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi. Hasil praktikum menunjukkan bahwa penerapan materi dengan cara menggunakan teknik dan metode pembelajaran yang telah tersusun secara sistematis sehingga terpenuhinya tujuan dari proses pembelajaran yaitu praktikum dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan peserta didik dengan menggunakan motode serta alat dan media penunjang pembelajaran. Peningkatan pemahaman peserta didik nampak setelah praktikum dilaksanakan. Untuk mempermudah proses pembelajaran diperlukannya sarana dan prasarana untuk membantu peserta didik memahami materi yang sampaikan. Serta pembuatan media pembelajaran sebagai alat bantu dalam memaparkan dan menyampaikan materi pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dalam kurikulum merdeka telah berganti menjadi Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial. Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the impact of student learning outcomes with science learning material on energy transformation which was applied using the make-a-match type of learning method. In addition, showing interactive videos and PowerPoint also supports learning activities that can help students in the process of understanding each material that will be provided. The make-a-match method is very efficiently applied to teaching and learning activities in elementary schools. In addition to learning, students can also play games to match question cards. The make a match type of cooperative learning method aims to generate mutual respect between students, form an attitude of responsibility in students, increase self-confidence in solving a problem, find the best solution and demand active and creative students in every teaching and learning activity. This study used a class action method by collecting data through a questionnaire in the form of questions regarding the energy transformation material. Techniques for collecting data in our study were observation, written tests and documentation. The design of this research consists of four main activities that have been determined, namely: planning such as making lesson plans, implementing the intended class action, observing the results of student scores, and finally reflecting. In this realm researchers must focus, because it will have an impact on student learning outcomes and can apply it in everyday life.

Abstract

The research we did at Wiroborang 1 Elementary School, Probolinggo in improving students' critical thinking skills was using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model or problem-based learning. The application that we do using this model is to give students a problem about ecosystem components in Natural Sciences subjects. In this learning model we provide pretest and posttest given before and after learning. The test was carried out with the aim of being able to determine the level of understanding of critical thinking possessed by students. This test was also carried out to compare the results of the scores before and after the material was given to students. The methods used in the observation activities at Wiroborang 1 Elementary School, Probolinggo are qualitative and quantitative methods in the form of delivering material through presentation techniques, question and answer activities, discussion between groups and giving test questions. The results of this study were that students' critical thinking skills increased from a median score of 51.2 to a median score of 66.04, while for the results of giving questions related to the Based Learning learning model that was worked on in groups experienced an increase in the median score of 96. It can be concluded that students at Wiroborang 1 Elementary School, Probolinggo experienced an increase in critical thinking of 19.88% in natural science learning materials related to ecosystem components.

Abstract

The research we did at Mangunharjo 5 Elementary School, Probolinggo City, related to the digestive system in humans, our goal is to understand the extent to which students understand the human digestive system. As for the method used in our observations, namely qualitative methods in the form of power point media discovery learning models in direct learning. In this study, it is hoped that teachers will be able to reevaluate learning related to learning, especially the digestive system which will later be applied to students. The resukts of this study create a solution to problem related to the human digestive system for students and teachears at SD Mangunharjo 5 Probolinggo City.

Abstract

From the results of observations at MI Tarbiyatus Sibyan found problems in learning, as evidenced by students' understanding of the material effect of air pollution on respiratory organs which is still low. The lack of learning media in the classroom is a very strong reason for this. And of course in this case it must be addressed immediately because it greatly affects student learning outcomes. One of the solutions for student learning problems is the teacher using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model. This method is expected to have an impact on students to increase creativity and critical thinking. For this research method, researchers used quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive. Quantitative descriptive in this study is that for each cycle carried out the proportion of evaluation test results will be calculated, while qualitative description is information from the results of observation and elaboration in the form of explanations made by educators and students. From the results of the class action assessment (PTK) it was stated that the students' pretest scores were still said to be low, but after the presentation of material regarding the effects of air pollution on the respiratory organs and the posttest, the students' creative and critical thinking abilities experienced a fairly good increase.

Abstract

Environmental pollution in the technological era has now reached an alarming level. This is indicated by the large number of pollutant substances produced from daily life activities. Starting from the many industrial factories, factory waste, and motorized vehicles to make pollution. As a source of problems in the survival of humans and living things. The environment that is polluted by polluting substances not only affects human health, but all living things and the environment will get the impact of environmental pollution. Causing infectious and even dangerous diseases is a health disorder that can cause death. Environmental pollution can be seen directly and indirectly, some smell and don't smell. Ordinary people who do not understand the importance of maintaining a clean environment and the impact that will be caused by environmental pollution. In the process of environmental pollution to ordinary people, it can be done by giving examples directly and indirectly. Directly as an example of air pollution when pollution smoke comes out of factory chimneys. And indirectly through artificial simulation or modeling by looking at the distribution of pollution.

Abstract

The researcher chose the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model. One learning model that provides opportunities for students to have experience discovering a concept and developing critical thinking skills. This study aims to describe the application of the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model in improving the learning outcomes of elementary school students. In more detail, this study aims to describe the implementation of learning by applying the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN Triwung Kidul 01 and to describe the improvement in student learning outcomes after applying the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model. The learning outcomes test is used to obtain information on students' initial abilities before the learning process and students' mastery of the material being taught. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, tests and documentation on the implementation of the learning process with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. Implementation of the learning process by applying the Problem Based Learning model can help students understand concepts or learning materials well, draw conclusions and find answers to existing questions.

Abstract

The implementation of Classroom Action Research that we carry out has a mission to be able to improve 4C abilities which include students' critical thinking skills, communication skills, collaboration, and creativity. We use the Flipped classroom method in this implementation. When we carry out this PTK activity, it goes through 5 stages, namely: 1) Opening 2) pre-test 3) material strengthening and review 4) post-test 5) Closing. The object of this research is learning natural science plant parts and their functions carried out at SDN Mangunharjo 6. The data collection we got regarding the research object was carried out through: a) Techniques without a test by observing directly during the learning process in grade 4 and the results of the evaluation or the assessment that we did, b) The test technique was by giving pretest and post-test questions to grade 4 students. The flipped classrom learning model that we implemented, along with the methods, strategies, and media that we applied succeeded in increasing students' knowledge, along with improving 4C abilities owned by students.

Abstract

In this material students have difficulty understanding complicated information about the human circulatory system. As a result, learning tools are needed to help students understand the human circulatory system. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the "Cilculatory bottle" teaching aid in learning. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique used is by going into the field, in other words, observation and documentation. the use of instructional media affects students' understanding. and student learning outcomes. In addition, students experience a variety of media-based learning experiences. Through the use of media during the learning process can also help students understand the material better. The results of the study stated that the "circulation bottle" educational tool was in great demand by students who were observed through student responses.

Abstract

The observation that we carried out took place at SDN Banyuanyar Kidul, Kab. Probolinggo. The purpose of this observation is to find out the use of diorama media to increase students' understanding of class V-B in science learning at SDN Banyuanyar Kidul. Learning media is a means that influences a teaching and learning process. In the absence of learning media, it is difficult for KBM (teaching and learning activities) to be implemented effectively. Without realizing it, learning media has a very important role besides teachers and students as the main objects in the learning process. The learning media that we use during the observation is using diorama media. Diorama media can be used to help increase students' interest and learning outcomes. This study used an experimental method and obtained an average pretest score of 68.4 and a posttest of 74.3. The existence of diorama media makes it easier for educators as well as students in teaching and learning activities. Thus, the material presented by educators can be easily understood by students.
